For 50 years, Transition House has grown with the support of our community. In 1976 we were founded in Cambridge by residents who saw a need and chose to meet it.
Much has changed in the last five decades, but it is the relationships we have built—with every survivor, advocate, donor, and ally—that keep our story going.
